CAREERS AT ODIA PROFIT
Build the creative strategy behind growing DTC brands.
Take ownership of creative strategy and Meta performance for ambitious e-commerce brands — often from the very beginning.
Apply for the roleCustomer, market and competitor insight
Angles, concepts, hooks and formats
UGC, static and creator-led assets
Structured launches and hypotheses
Analyze, iterate and scale
Your main responsibility is figuring out what we should create and why.
You’ll work across creative strategy, Meta Ads, copywriting and creative analysis.
For some brands, you’ll have significant historical data to work from. For others, you’ll start almost from zero.
In both situations, we expect you to take ownership of the strategy rather than wait for someone else to tell you what to test.
Develop the angles, concepts, formats, hooks and testing plans for the brands you work with.
Use Meta, Motion and other available data to understand what is working, why it’s working and what we should test next.
Turn hypotheses into structured tests and document the learnings so we’re continuously getting smarter about each account.
Find creators who fit the brand, source them and develop briefs that give us usable performance content. If creator sourcing becomes a bottleneck, we’ll give you a VA / assistant to help with the operational side so you can focus on strategy.
You should be capable of turning an idea into a strong static ad yourself using Canva, Figma, AI tools and similar software. You don’t need to be a world-class designer. You do need to understand hierarchy, messaging and direct-response design.
Creative strategy doesn’t exist separately from media buying. You need to understand campaign structure, attribution, spend, scaling and how creative performance translates into actual business results.
We’re looking for someone who already knows the fundamentals.
Experience is required.
You should have hands-on experience with:
Running and analyzing paid social for e-commerce brands.
Turning customer research, market research and performance data into new creative directions.
Understanding the difference between testing a new hook and testing a genuinely new concept, angle or hypothesis.
Writing hooks, headlines, scripts and direct-response messaging.
Understanding customer journeys, product pages, offers, funnels, awareness stages and how creative fits into the bigger picture.
Being able to look beyond ROAS and use performance data to decide what should happen next.

We use AI heavily where it makes sense.
We expect you to use modern tools to research, ideate and produce faster — without relying on AI to do your thinking for you.
We work primarily with DTC and e-commerce companies — often pre-launch or newly launched, where the playbook must be built from scratch.
You’ll have room to make decisions and improve how we work. We care about speed, quality of execution and continuous improvement.
Work where you do your best work while taking clear responsibility for accounts, creative direction and outcomes.
We’re open to starting part-time for the right person, with an expectation to transition to full-time as quickly as reasonably possible.
A place where ambitious people can achieve their own goals while helping us build something bigger.
THE APPLICATION
Show us how you think — not just what is on your CV.
The application is intentionally more detailed than a normal job application. We want to understand how you think, prioritize and turn data into creative decisions.
